What to Expect in The First Trimester

Embarking on the journey of pregnancy is an extraordinary experience filled with anticipation, joy, and perhaps a touch of apprehension. Now, other then that belly growing as baby does, there are a lot of other physical changes that come with being pregnant.

While this symptom can be challenging to endure, it's often a sign of a healthy pregnancy.
